Join UsMission Mangal has shown a really good trend at the Box Office in its extended first week. After an excellent first weekend, the film held up pretty well in weekdays especially on Thursday because the collections were more than Wednesday.
Interestingly, Mission Mangal took a lesser opening at the Box Office compared to Bharat but by the end of the first week, it has started crossing the Salman Khan & Katrina Kaif starrer film as far as the day to day business is concerned.
The Akshay Kumar & Vidya Balan led film earned 6.93 crores on Thursday i.e. Day 8 compared to the Day 8 of Bharat 6.75 crores. This proves the fact that the word of mouth is clearly good here and another fact is that it’s much better than Bharat. Though Mission Mangal won’t be able to cross the lifetime business of Bharat i.e. 209.36 crores it will be doing more day to day business from here on compared to what Bharat did.
