Happy Ending had an average second weekend. The film collected, 29 lacs on its second Friday, 35 lacs on Saturday and 40 lacs on Sunday. The film now stands with a total collection of 21.89 crores at the domestic box office.

The Saif Ali Khan film has had a disappointing run at the box office. Even though the film was received well by the critics, it was not appreciated as much by the audiences.

Also with the new releases performing better, Happy Ending remained dull. Since this week, Action Jackson will be a big release, looks like Happy Ending will have to settle with a business of around 23 crores at the domestic box office.
