Having decent collections on Monday and Tuesday, Gunday has now crossed the 50 Crore mark. Recording a collection of 5.10 Crores on Tuesday, the film now stands at a total of 53.30 Crores at the domestic box office.

The film which did exceptionally well on its opening day experienced an expected drop on Tuesday, considering it is a weekday. Gunday performed exceptionally well in metros mainly in Delhi and Central India.

The lack of a usual romantic angle and also a high star quotient could have dampened Gunday’s performance at the box office. What came as a surprise was the movie doing better at multiplexes than that of single screen theaters. The movie does has some potential of touching a 100 Crores if Highway does not wash it away this weekend.
