Abhishek Kapoor’s directorial Fitoor had a disastrous Day 1 (3.61 crores) at the domestic box office. There was slight hope that the film would pick up during the weekend (Saturday & Sunday), however, it didn’t happen.

Eventually, the film ended up making an opening weekend business of just about 14.11 crores at the Box Office.

Fitoor was expected to benefit from the Valentine’s Day, but the Sunday figures are not very impressive. The film has raked in just 5.96 crores on Day 3.

The movie will find really hard to recover its investment, or rather it seems impossible at the moment.
