Bol Bachchan Amasses A Mammoth Box Office Collection

Ask anyone the two popular ingredients to make a successful Bollywood flick and you will come across the same answer – Comedy and Action with a twisted Romance. Bol Bachchan undoubtedly had all of these and as such ruled the Indian Box-Office for 2 weeks. Though the collections have dropped to a considerable amount after the release of Cocktail and The Dark Knight Rises, the movie it seems will do decent business for another week at the box-office.

Grossing about 22.30 crores in it’s 2nd week Bol Bachchan now stands with a nett box-office collection of 83 Crores. The fact that Bol Bachchan gave a good competition to Cocktail which is performing considerably well at the multiplexes all over India proves how strongly it held on to the box-office for 2 weeks. With The Dark Knight Rises Releasing today there are chances that the movie might not see a lot of footfall in multiplexes. However, Bol Bachchan still hold a strong grip on single screen theaters in small towns, something which might still get them decent figures in the week to come.
