Black Panther which released with Sidharth Malhotra and Manoj Bajpayee’s Aiyaary on this Friday has done well at the Indian box office.

The film is not only facing competition from this one but from other Bollywood films like Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor starrer Padmaavat and Sonam Kapoor, Akshay Kumar and Radhika Apte’s PadMan.

The film has collected 5.60 crores on Friday, 6.65 crores on Saturday, 7.10 crores on Sunday taking the total to 19.35 crores nett (24.81 crores gross). The film released in India in English and Hindi on Friday.

The album for the Black Panther, featuring songs by Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, SZA, Khalid and more, has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. The set, which features music from and inspired by the blockbuster Marvel Studios film, garnered the biggest week for a soundtrack – in terms of total units earned – in a year and a half, reports billboard.com.
