Baby showed a good jump on its first Sunday. The film scored a good 15.60 crores on its third day, thus taking its total to 35.90 crores at the domestic box office. After having a good Saturday, it was expected that the film would show good jump on Sunday too. Also since this being the Republic Day extended weekend, the film was sure to cash in on it.

The Akshay Kumar starrer action thriller has been praised by one and all. Baby has received an excellent positive word of mouth and so the film is expected to soar on Monday too which is a holiday. The film has been strong in Mumbai, Delhi and Pune whereas the mass belts too are recording good figures. Looking at its current pace, the film may inch closer to the 50 crore mark on its fourth day.
