Sonam Kapoor On The Zoya Factor Clashing With Sanjay Dutt Starrer: “Prassthanam Kya Hai?”

Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmanna’s upcoming film The Zoya Factor is making the right noises currently. The two have been thoroughly promoting their film and are absolutely prepared to try their luck at the box office this Friday. But before the big release on September 20, the team invited friends and colleagues from Bollywood to watch the film as they hosted a special screening for them.

During the event, Sonam interacted with the media and talked excitedly about the release of the film. She was even questioned about the clash with Sanjay Dutt starrer Prassthanam and her reaction was hilarious. Sonam had no idea about the film and was absolutely confused about her answer.

She replied by saying, “Who? Which (film)?” and enquired her team about its details. After asking them, “Prassthanam kya hai?”, and realising it’s a Sanjay Dutt starrer film clashing with hers, she said, “Oh! Congratulation. I hope it does well. Ours is a small film and that’s Sanjay Dutt, sir.”

For those of you who still don’t know, The Zoya Factor is based on Anuja Chauhan’s 2008 novel by the same name. The film will revolve around the life of Zoya Solanki and the events that take place after she starts being considered as the lucky charm for the Indian Cricket team. Helmed by Abhishek Sharma, the film will hit the theatres on September 20.
