Shahid And Shraddha’s Batti Gul Meter Chalu Shoot Stalled Due To Power Failure

The shoot of Batti Gul Meter Chalu was stalled due to power failure in Tehri, Uttarakhand. Its ironic as the film revolves around electricity theft, it stars Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor.

While shooting recently the shooting was stopped mid-scene due to power cut and it lasted for a couple of hours.

Generators were arranged but by the time shooting could resume it took a couple of hours.

“The team had conversations with the locals and were discussing the power cut issue. These inputs helped them make a few improvisations to the story,” says a source
