Salman Khan’s Hit & Run Case: RTO Submits Statement Over Actor’s License

Salman Khan’s hit and run case had a new development this Tuesday as the RTO submitted its statement on the actor having a licence. Under the legal procedure, the statement has been submitted to the court and it will be further presented in the hearing only if the court finds any substance in the statement. The document clears of Salman had a driving license at the night of the accident.

The statement has been recorded by RTO officer Bilawar. If the statement given forms as a substantial evidence, the prosecution will present Bilawar as a witness in court. The police have presented the report in a closed envelope and thus, until the court decides the contents of the statement cannot be divulged.
