Star cast: Rohit Roy, Tanushree Datta, Neetu Chandra, Anupam Kher.
Plot: Tanushree, an airhostess, and her live-in boyfriend, Rohit Roy, are befriended by their elderly neighbour Anupam Kher, a struggling poet and lyricist. Tanushree throws Rohit out of the house, suspecting him of infidelity, but takes Neetu in as a tenant. Will the romance between Rohit and Tanushree survive?
Expectations: No saleable stars, not too well-promoted. This Apartment may not have too many takers, not initially, at least.
