Prernaa On Irrfan’s Health: Life Is Unpredictable, Every Moment Is A Reminder To Not Take Life For Granted

Just a few days back, we saw Irrfan Khan’s Blackmail trailer and then the news came in that his health has been affected and he is fighting with a rare disease.

Irrfan and Deepika Padukone were supposed to star together in Vishal Bhardwaj’s gangster story. But due to health issues of both the actors, the film has been put to the back burner.

Recently, Irrfan Khan took to his Twitter account to inform about his health, since several media houses were speculating about his health. Now, a source has revealed to Deccan Chronicle, “It’s unlikely that he will return to shooting actively for quite a while now… I can’t put a number on his absence of leave. But the treatment is going to be a long process.”

Prernaa Arora of KriArj Entertainment, who is co-producing Vishal’s film, said to Deccan Chronicle that the delay of the film is not important as long as the actor gets well. She said, “We were about to begin shooting from next week. Vishal had just come back from his final recce. We were excited about the project; now this has happened. Irrfan and Deepika are our first and only choice. Life is so unpredictable. Every moment is a reminder to not take life for granted.”

Well, this is really very sad to know. We just hope for Irrfan’s speedy recovery!
