Shemaroo released the original version of ‘Ready’ on YouTube starring Telugu star Ram and Genelia D’souza. The film was remade in Kannada as Raam (2009) and Tamil as Uthamaputhiran (2010). Starring Salman Khan and Asin, the Hindi ‘Ready’ has Sallu and Asin fall in love after he kidnaps her from her wedding ceremony because of a case of mistaken identity. He and his family concoct a grand scheme to win over her heart and her greedy conniving uncles.
Get ‘Ready’ to hit theatres on 3rd June, 2011.
