Join UsMission Mangal Trailer: The trailer of upcoming much-awaited Bollywood film Mission Mangal is finally out. Mission Mangal is based on India’s Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM), or the Mangalyaan project to put a space probe into Mars’ orbit, launched by ISRO min November 2013.

The film stars Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Nithya Menen & Sharman Joshi in lead and is slated to release on August 15, 2019. The trailer promises a film that will fill you with the emotion of patriotism and will make you proud of your country.
Akshay Kumar who plays an ISRO scientist in the film recently sent his best wishes to the real scientists for the launch of ISRO’s Chandrayaan-2 .
“India’s second space mission to the moon, Chandrayaan-2 is led by two women scientists of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), a first in India’s history. Sending my best to the rocket women and ISRO team, more power to you,” Akshay tweeted on Sunday.
Mission Mangal is expected to clash at the Box Office with John Abraham starrer Batla House. Prabhas’ Saaho is also scheduled to release on August 15 but as per some reports it has been postponed now.
