“Kangana Ranaut’s Lawyer Threatened To File A Rape Case Against Me”: Aditya Pancholi

Kangana Ranaut is the newsmaker of Bollywood and has shocked the industry and its followers, on several occasions. Back in 2017, the actress accused the actor Aditya Pancholi for physically abusing her. Now according to the latest reports, Pancholi has filed a police complaint against the flamboyant actress.

According to the latest reports flowing in, Aditya Pancholi filed a complaint in Versova police station for countering the complaint filed by Kangana’s sister Rangoli Chandel last month. He also stated that Kangana’s lawyer pressurized of filing a rape case against him.

Speaking on the issue, Aditya said, “I have already filed a defamation case against the actor, which is sub-judice. Following the defamation case, her lawyer, on January 6 this year, threatened to file a rape case against me if I didn’t withdraw the defamation case against his client. Thankfully, I have recorded the 18-minute meeting with him. The video in the form of evidence has been submitted to the court and to the police as well”, reports Mid-Day.

After receiving the complaint, an officer spoke to Mid-Day by stating, “After receiving the complaint, we have approached the actor to record her statement so we can ascertain the nature of alleged exploitation and file the FIR under appropriate sections.”

“The incident happened 13 years ago we have to gather a lot of evidence to register an FIR. In her application, the complainant has also alleged that Pancholi’s wife was aware of this”, the officer adds.

Also, a senior police officer quoted, “After recording the statements of both the parties and inquiring about the matter, we will decide on a further course of action.”

It is learnt that Kangana and her sister Rangoli remain unanswered for the calls and messages.
