Since the last few years, clashes have been inevitable in Bollywood. From Son Of Sardar VS Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Dilwale VS Bajirao Mastani to Raees VS Kaabil, we’ve seen some brutal clashes. Another one on the cards is Ajay Devgn’s Bhuj: The Pride Of India also starring Sanjay Dutt-Sonakshi Sinha and John Abraham’s Satyameva Jayate 2.
Satyameva Jayate was last year’s Independence Day release and it did pretty well for itself at the box office. Starring John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee, the Milap Zaveri directorial reached its target audience and did good clashing with Akshay Kumar’s Gold. Both the movies had a patriotic angle, only targeted a different set of audience.
It seems the sequel of the John Abraham starrer has also got competition as it’ll release on Independence Day 2020. Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Parineeti Chopra, Ammy Virk’s Bhuj: The Pride Of India will also release on the same day. This year’s Independence Day is also jam-packed as John’s Batla House will lock horns with Prabhas’ Saaho and Akshay Kumar’s Mission Mangal.
John Abraham’s love for the action genre is no secret. Last week, it was announced he is now producing and play the lead in the action-thriller – Attack, a race against time story of rescue by an ‘Attack team’ led by a lone ranger, played by John.
