Rani Mukerji and Abhishek Bachchan’s much loved film Bunty Aur Babli is finally getting a sequel and as reported earlier, it will not star the duo. The second part will be taken ahead by Gully Boy’s MC Sher aka Siddhant Chaturvedi.

The film will be made under YRF banner and it is being said that the film will directed by Shaad Ali who had directed the first part.

Reports suggest that Siddhant Chaturvedi has signed a YRF film and by all means it could be Bunty Aur Babli 2. Without thinking twice, we could say he’ll nail the role of Bunty if this happens.

Well, it will be interesting to see who the female lead will be! Let’s wait for the further announcement.

Bunty Aur Babli traced the small-town couple — Rakesh Trivedi (Abhishek) and Vimmi Saluja (Rani) — while they transformed into con artists. Amitabh Bachchan played the pivotal role of the police officer, hot on their heels.
