Aishwarya All Set To Return To The Silver Screen In Mani Ratnam’s Next?

After a prolonged break from the silver screen, reports are positively indicating that our ethereal beauty, Aishwary Rai Bachchan, has made up her mind and clinched the deal with filmmaker Mani Ratnam for his next venture.

Aishwarya, who doesn’t like the word ‘comeback’, had specified on various occasions, that she would return to the celluloid only if the ventures were either helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali or Mani Ratnam.

There were reports that Aish would do a sizzling item song in Bhansali’s Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram Leela. But it didn’t happen, because our ‘Kajrare Naina’ girl didn’t feel comfortable with a few lines of the song. But since SLB refused to make the changes in the lyrics, the lady had to back out!

Meanwhile, Mani has been considering a project which has a very headstrong female protagonist and our lovely Ash, fits the bill perfectly. Apparently, Aishwarya has green-signaled her presence.

Mother of a two-year old, Mrs. Junior Bachchan, had set her priorities straight and devoted all her time to her daughter Aaradhya. Now that the toddler is ready for playschool, Aishwarya is considering to return to her Bollywood commitments.
