Shah Rukh Khan’s Pak Aid Irks Shiv Sena, MNS
Despite earlier reports that Shah Rukh Khan was to attend a charity dinner on November 28 in London to raise funds for Pakistan’s flood victims, the star stayed away from the event, reportedly, because he was busy shooting for Don 2. The Shiv Sena and the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena had slammed the superstar for agreeing to attend/host the dinner and a fashion show organised by a Pakistani television channel. The political parties had also threatened to boycott his films.
