Barfi! Enjoys A Great 2nd Friday at the Box Office

It seems Barfi! is in for a rocking time at the box office. The movie made a 3.70 Crores on its 2nd Friday at the domestic box office. The drop was 60% but for a multiplex movie like Barfi! this number on a 2nd Friday is in no way less than spectacular.

The Ranbir Kapoor starrer now stands at a domestic box office total of 62.40 Crores. Barfi! has also made another 13 Crores at the overseas box office, which brings up its worldwide box office total to 75.40 Crores.

It will be great if Barfi! can make a 12 Crores plus 2nd weekend and the chances of which are pretty high. As of now the movie looks set to make a 85 Crores plus lifetime collections.

The interesting part about this week is the fact that Kareena Kapoor’s Heroine did not take a heavy toll on Barfi. Though Heroine didn’t get critical acclaim of any sorts it is still doing pretty well at the box office.

The numbers that Barfi! has showcased in the last few days is something one had never anticipated about the film. Way to go team Barfi!
