Almost a year ago, Avengers: Endgame released worldwide and many things happened in the film that are discussed even today. The deaths of Black Widow (played by Scarlett Johansson) and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr) and Captain America (played by Chris Evans) giving up his powers shattered the Marvel fans. One thing that left them all surprised was Hulk’s (played by Mark Ruffalo) transformation to Smart Hulk.

Smart Hulk was nothing like the angry and uncontrollable Hulk we all saw in the previous Marvel films. This new version of him was happy, loving and popular (Remember those 2 kids asking him for a selfie in the restaurant?). We all were left wondering why is Smart Hulk popular. Well, the Avengers: Endgame script that was recently released to the public released have answered this important question.

Avengers: Endgame: From Being Friends With Celebs To Having His Ice-Cream Brand, Script Reveals Mark Ruffalo’s Smart Hulk Is A Celebrity!

As reported by Screenrant, Mark Ruffalo’s character was a science celebrity during that time and hence, he was popular among the people. In the scene where Steve Rogers aka Captain America, Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow and Scott Lang aka Ant-Man (played by Paul Rudd) visit him to make a time travel machine, Smart Hulk mentions one of his celebrity friends. When the trio asks him to help them with time travel machine to seek infinity stones, in the script, Ruffalo’s character answers, “I’m supposed to be on Oprah next week, but I guess I could move things around.”

When the Avengers attempt their first time travel, Smart Hulk again mentions another celebrity he is friends with. He tells Scott, “I’m personal friends with Bill Nye, the Science Guy.”
