It’s another day and another pay-per-view for WWE in the form of Extreme Rules. There was a hell of a fixture with Drew McIntyre defending his title against Dolph Ziggler, Braun Strowman battling out against Bray Wyatt and much more. But who really emerged victorious? Let’s find out.
Take a look at WWE Extreme Rules 2020 results:
The New Day (Big E and Kofi Kingston) v. Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura (WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship – Tables match)
The 20 minutes long contest between both the teams was really a jaw-dropping one. But in the end, it was Nakamura and Cesaro’s team that ‘turned the tables’ on The New Day.
Bayley v. Nikki Cross (WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship)
This match took place for more than 20 minutes and Bayley, once again, proved why she is worth the gold. She did it again by defeating Nikki Cross.
Rey Mysterio v. Seth Rollins (An eye for an eye match)
In this unique of its own match, we saw both the athletes giving their all. But in the end, it ended up like a recap of Monday Night Raw as Rollins defeated Rey. The 619 machine was immediately taken by the doctors.
Asuka v. Sasha Banks (WWE Raw Women’s Championship)
As expected, it turned out to be an interesting match of the night, with a bizarre ending though. We saw Asuka being defeated by the Boss, with Bayley donning the officials’ uniform.
Drew McIntyre v. Dolph Ziggler (WWE RAW Championship)
Contrary to the rumours of big turnaround, Drew McIntyre continued his glorious run by dominating over Ziggler. Like always, the Scottish Psychopath give it all and retained his belt.
Braun Strowman v. Bray Wyatt (Wyatt Swamp Fight)
It was another bizarre yet interesting match for WWE fans. It was expected that the Monster Among Men would easily dominate over his ex-teammate but Wyatt’s mind games and skills shocked the fans. Wyatt is the winner!
