Yami Gautam Dhar and Priyamani arrived with the political action thriller Article 370 in February of this year. It was made on a budget of 40 crores and went on to earn over 2X in its lifetime. Aditya Suhas Jambhale’s directorial is currently the 6th most profitable film of 2024 with an ROI of 110%.

Yami Gautam Dhar starrer enjoyed over a month-long run in Indian theatres. After accumulating 38.82 crores in the first week, it went on to garner a total of 21.19 crores in 13 days.

The Sabarmati Report Box Office Collection Day 13
Vikrant Massey’s film made a box office collection of 0.98 crores on the second Wednesday. It has gone below the one crore mark and witnessed a further dip from 1.02 crores earned on day 12. The 14-day total of The Sabarmati Report in the domestic market will stand at 22.60 crores.
The Sabarmati Report vs Article 370
Vikrant Massey’s film is almost in the same range as the February release. However, the budget is a tad bit higher as it is made on a 50 crore budget. A major difference is the fact that The Sabarmati Report has already dropped below the one-crore mark, while Article 370 had witnessed that dip only by the end of its third week.
There is also limited time as Pushpa 2 is arriving on December 5, 2024. Allu Arjun starrer will steal the maximum number of screens, which will make the journey even tougher!
