The show was iconic for many reasons, but you may also not forget the eccentric best friend, Harper Finkle, played by actress Jennifer Stone. Wizards of Waverly Place on Disney was an iconic show for many growing up in the early 2000’s Disney era. The show starred Gomez, David Henrie, and Jake T Austin as siblings growing up in a wizard family living in the human world. The show was fun and witty, and it was great with one-liners. The added USP is that the show had the best-extended cast, including Alex’s quirky best friend, Harper Finkle, played By Jennifer Stone.

Stone rose to fame through her role as Finkle. Many copied her style, and her dialogues are even quoted to this day. Early in her life, the actress was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. When Jennifer was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2013, she decided to switch her major from psychology to nursing to learn more about her own body and condition and those who face health issues.

Yes, Harper Finkle is a nurse now! During the pandemic, Selena Gomez‘s former co-star decided to put her service before herself. Stone shared her nursing badges on social media during the COVID-19 and expressed that she went from a volunteer to a nurse. She said, “It is also the day I went from a volunteer to a student nurse and now an RN resident. I just hope to live up to all of the amazing healthcare providers on the front lines now as I get ready to join them.” Fans showered a lot of love on the actress and praised her for her selfless work.

She mentioned her former Wizards co-star, Selena Gomez, encouraging her to come forward. As per reports, she decided to step away from acting and graduated from nursing school in December 2020. But if we look at social media now, it looks like Jennifer is slowly stepping back into acting! And with the reports of a Wizards Of Waverly Place Reunion, it would be great to see her back.
