Yash is proving once again why his pan-India appeal is unmatched. With just 2 days remaining until the grand theatrical release of Toxic, the advance bookings for the Hindi dubbed version have turned into an absolute frenzy across national multiplex chains and single screens alike.

In a rare and extraordinary box-office milestone, the film’s Hindi advance sales alone have surpassed the opening-day collections of several major Bollywood releases this year!

Currently, based on advance sales alone, Yash’s biggie is the 8th-biggest Hindi opener of the year! The film is gaining momentum as the release date approaches, and the ticket sales are a testimony to the fact that Yash’s hysteria amongst the audience is real!

Toxic has earned almost 12.74 crore gross collection (excluding the blocked seats) till August 24, 6 PM. This means that the film has earned a total net collection of 10.79 crore in advance. The film has registered a ticket sale of 369K already, driven by strong demand across premium large formats like IMAX, 4DX, and Dolby Cinema.

By generating 10.79 crore net purely from pre-sales, Yash’s film has surpassed the opening day collection of Alia Bhatt‘s Alpha (9.25 crore) and Shahid Kapoor’s O Romeo (9.01 crore).

With 40 hours still left before the first shows roll out on Wednesday, August 26, the advance booking curve for Toxic is rapidly accelerating, and the film could easily challenge the opening day figures of Dhamaal 4 and Bhooth Bangla once spot bookings and final pre-sale tallies are added!
