The Hindi-dubbed version of Jailer 2 has impressed everyone with its run at the Indian box office. Despite a lack of promotion from the makers, the film opened well and kept finding its audience, emerging as a success story. It had a shot at the Hit verdict as well, but due to the arrival of Ramayana, its run has almost ended. Yes, collections are still coming in on the lower side, but the clean Hit status looks out of reach now.

The Tamil action-comedy thriller went from 3,428 shows to 103 due to the release of Ramayana. Naturally, collections were significantly impacted, dropping from 65 lakh on day 21 to 5 lakh on day 22. Talking about the fourth Saturday, day 24, it displayed a jump, but collections were on the lower side, with 10 lakh coming in. Overall, it has earned 50.3 crore net at the Indian box office, which equals 59.35 crore gross.
