After registering the record collections of 129.77 crores in the extended weekend of four days, Salman Khan starrer ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo‘ is all set to cross the bench mark of 175 crores in its 1st week. The film has the highest first 4 days collection and thus it beats the collections of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan‘, ‘Dhoom 3‘, ‘Happy New Year‘ and ‘PK‘. The film also stars Sonam Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Anupam Kher.

As per the distributors the film should remain rock steady in the weekdays. The film is a family entertainer so it has maximum chances of getting good footfalls. There is no big release in bollywood in the coming week but the hollywood bond franchise film ‘Spectre‘ can be a tough competitor for this magnum opus.

Here’s what Distributors are saying about the film so far:

Ajay Pal from Bangalore “The film collected the record collections of around 130 crores in the extended four days weekend. The film will easily cross the benchmark of 175 crores in its 1st week.

Brijesh Tandon from Delhi – “The film will continue its good run in the weekdays as there is no competitor for this family drama. The film should stay in the range of double digit figures in the weekdays.

Arun Mehra – “The film has done stupendous business so far and should keep up the momentum in the weekdays. The film has the chance to enter the 200 crore club in its 1st week itself.”

A Distributor From Mumbai – “After collecting record breaking collections the film has chance to break many more records in the coming days. Though it’ll be interesting to see how will “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo‘ perform after the release of ‘Spectre‘.
