As all TV lovers are waiting desperately for the new episodes of their favourite shows, after hearing the news that fresh episodes will telecast from July 13. Here is some news that will shock them. Sony TV’s show Mere Sai shoot has stopped temporarily after a crew member was found COVID positive.
It has already been almost two weeks since the shoot for TV shows has resumed. While it is claimed that all shoots were done keeping in mind all the precautions suggested by the government, A sudden case of COVID 19 on the sets of Sony TV’s show Mere Sai has horrified everyone.
After the discovery of the case, the channel asked the show producers to stop the shooting immediately. Not even that, as per reports, the entire team Mere Sai has been asked to keep themselves in quarantine for a specified number of days.
Mere Sai show producer Nitin Vaidya confirmed the news and even mentioned, “One of our team members has been tested positive recently and as per the Government guidelines, we have stopped the shoot of Mere Sai until 7th July. This person was not present on the set and underwent proper testing to verify the symptoms immediately. He has been admitted to a quarantine facility and is recovering well, under proper medical care. His temperature and oxygen levels are normal. While all the necessary precautions have been undertaken, as per the guidelines, the set has been thoroughly fumigated & disinfected. The cast and crew associated with the show are healthy and have not come in contact with the person affected. We are happy that we work with a responsible crew who understand the sensitivity of the pandemic and our only intention is to support them in the best possible manner.”
