Avengers: Endgame showed the superheroes using Time Travel method to find a way to kill Thanos. The idea came to Paul Rudd aka Scott Lang aka Ant-Man’s mind. However, it was brought to reality by Tony Stark aka Iron Man, played by Robert Downey Jr.
There are many theories about how the time travel worked but hardly any on how Tony Stark got an idea to perfect it. Now, Screenrant has come up with an interesting theory that states the reason how Robert Downey Jr’s character nailed time travel conundrum in the initial attempt.
As per the portal, when Captain America, Black Widow and Scott Lang meet Stark at his home, they discuss the idea of travelling back in time with him. However, Stark makes fun of the idea and tells them he isn’t going to help. Later, while doing the dishes, we see how disturbed Tony is. At that time, he looks at a pic of himself and Peter Parker (Tom Holland) in which the latter is holding Stark Industries certificate upside-down.
When Tony Stark in his in the lab finding ways to bring time travel to reality, he thinks of something and inverts his Möbius Strip projection. This helps him to come up with a successful time travel model immediately. The theory claims that it’s Peter holding the certificate upside-down helped Stark to do something in the opposite direction.
We wonder if this theory is true or not, but it sounds interesting. Meanwhile, In Avengers: Endgame, Iron Man sacrifices his life to kill Thanos and his army in the end. It was RDJ’s last Marvel film. However, there are reports that Stark will have a cameo in Iron’s Black Widow and Tom Holland’s Spider-Man 3. However, nothing is confirmed yet.
