Ever since the first teaser was dropped, the film has been enjoying solid hype. The raw and unfiltered first teaser, along with powerful BGM by Anirudh, built momentum that only kept getting better with each subsequent asset. The best thing for the magnum opus was the Aaya Sher song, which emerged as a chartbuster in no time. The appeal of violence and gore for adult audiences is definitely there when presented with the right elevations, and this Nani starrer managed to hit the sweet spot with its assets.
The goodwill Nani has created among neutral audiences has worked in The Paradise‘s favor so far, and, of course, the assets have done their job. The makers opted for a risky strategy of not releasing a trailer, and surprisingly, it didn’t cause any harm.
