Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Khalifa has slowed down at the box office in its second week. The Malayalam film, which had a great opening, is headed for a disastrous end at the box office. The Onam release was one of the most anticipated films of the year. However, the reviews of the film did not live up to the hype and it further lost out to the success wave of its clash partner, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit.

Overseas, the film has collected a total of 19.8 crore, which brings its worldwide gross total to 43.67 crore.
