Akshay Kumar is finally ruling the horror-comedy genre with, Bhooth Bangla, performing well at the box office. The film has in fact, opened its second Saturday on such a loud note that the numbers already should be hinting at a massive win for day 9. The film isn’t just growing, it is exploding at the ticket windows, with BookMyShow trends leaving people surprised with the jumps!
The Saturday Mania Is Taking Over!
The morning started with a steady ticket sale and turned into a full-blown celebration by noon. To put things into perspective, between 7 AM and 8 AM, the film registered 1.3K ticket sales, a healthy start compared to yesterday’s less than 1,000 ticket sales opening.
Bhooth Bangla Box Office Day 9 BMS Sales
However, the real madness began as the day progressed. From 11 AM to 12 PM, Bhooth Bangla sold a whopping 12.8K tickets, more than doubling yesterday’s 5.35K for the same hour. But it spiked further from 12 PM to 1 PM window, which witnessed the film selling 14K tickets. This is a massive 976% jump at the ticket window, from the morning sales!

Cumulatively, from 8 AM to 1 PM today, Akshay Kumar‘s film has already sold 46.7K tickets on BMS. Compared to yesterday’s 19.9K ticket sales during the same period, the growth trajectory is nothing short of phenomenal.
While the 2nd Saturday is currently on fire, Bhooth Bangla fared well on its 2nd Friday, entering the list of highest 2nd Friday BMS ticket sales for Bollywood films of 2025-26 on BMS, pushing Ajay Devgn‘s Raid 2 out of the top 10.
