What do you have to say about your show Mahabharat coming back on TV?

I am very happy to see Mahabharat return to television after so many years! The show has been a blessing, not only for me but for so many people! Though mainly the viewers have all in all made the show what it is today with all their love and support. And I will always be in gratitude to Swastik productions for giving me the golden opportunity to be part of such an iconic show.

Any anecdote you would like to share from the shooting days of Mahabharat?

Till date, my fondest memory of Mahabharat goes back to watching the very first episode of the show with the entire cast and crew at a gathering organized by Swastik. Till date, that memory brings a huge smile on my face and tears in my eyes and holds a very special place in my heart.

Many 90s and early 2000 shows have returned to TV. Which one is your favourite? What are you currently watching?

I am rewatching Mahabharat at the moment. As somehow when you are shooting for your own show, you tend to miss out on actually watching it. So I am actually enjoying the rerun of the show right now at home with my entire family.

You were also a part of Remix, one of the best college dramas during the 2000s. Would you like that show to be back on TV too?

Oh, I would love for Remix to also come back on air! It was one of the most iconic youth shows of its time, and I will always cherish being a part of it. Besides that, I would even love for my show Chandragupt Maurya to be aired once again! Another historical drama that I feel privileged to have been a part of.
