Join UsKannada heartthrob Rakshit Shetty happens to be all busy these days following the promotions of his upcoming release Avane Srimannarayana in South. The dashing actor who was last seen on the big screen in 2016 release Kirk Party, is back to acting with Avane Srimannarayana after a gap of 3 long years.
Now that Christmas is almost here, the actor was asked what would he like to wish for his former girlfriend, Rashmika Mandanna. In this interview to TOI, Rakshit had a sweet reply, as he said, “She dreams big. I know her past and, therefore, also know where those dreams come from. I wish Santa makes all her dreams come true.”
Rakshit and Rashmika were once one of the most adored and talked about couple in Sandalwood. The duo fell in love while shooting for Kirk Party which had Rashmika as its leading lady.
The duo was in a relationship for two years and also had got engaged in 2017, but following some unknown reason the two parted ways in 2018.
Talking about Rakshit’s Avane Srimannarayana, the original i.e Kannada version will hit the big screen on 27th December.
The film has different names in different languages. In Telugu, the film will release as Athade Srimannarayana, in Tamil it will release with original title Avane Srimannarayana, the film has been titled Avan Sriramnnarayana in Malayalam and as Adventures Of Srimamnarayana in Hindi.
The Telugu version will release on New Year i.e 1st January. The Malayalam and Tamil versions will be hitting big screens on 3rd January. Whereas the Hindi version will only be releasing on 16th January.
Talking about the film, the Rakshit starrer also has Shanvi Srivastava, Achuth Kumar, Balaji Manohar, Pramod Shetty among others in pivotal roles.

The film is been helmed by Sachin and produced by H.K Prakas & Pushkara Mallikaarjuniah.
About Rashmika, the actress who was last seen opposite Vijay Deevarkonda early this year in Dear Comrade, will soon be seen opposite Superstar Mahesh Babu in Anil Ravipudi’s ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru‘.
The film will hit big screens on 11th January 2020.
