Alita: Battle Angel Box Office Day 3: This James Cameron wonder is received with a mixed response but did surprisingly well for itself on the first day of its release. It earned more than the Hindi releases of Friday clocking to 2.10 crores.
The big-screen saga has been a dream project of James Cameron for 20 years now. It’s finally on screen and is being criticised for its stretched storyline. But the VFX and CGI has been loved by one and all. India, surely, has a dedicated fan-base for such kind of films.
The day 2 numbers at the box office are 2.85 crores, which further increased to 3.15 crores on Day 3 and it now stands at the grand total of 8.10 crores. These are decent numbers and predictions by the trade pundits were almost negligible for this one.
Helmed by Robert Rodriguez, Cameron has produced the film with Jon Landau through his Lightstorm Entertainment banner.
