The movie hits 62 days in a row above $1 million at the domestic box office, kicking Star Wars: The Phantom Menace‘s 61-day over $1 million streak out of the top 5 as the #5 longest of all time.
According to Box Office Mojo, The Odyssey is back at #1 in the domestic rankings with just a drop of 12.7% from last Wednesday. It has thus hit the $604 million cume at the North American box office. It is on track to hit the $610 million box-office cume in North America.

The Christopher Nolan-helmed epic is on track to earn between $620 million and $630 million at the domestic box office in its theatrical run. Therefore, it will easily beat the domestic haul of the OG Avengers. According to the box office database, The Avengers collected $623.35 million in its lifetime at the box office in North America. It is also the all-time #15 highest-grossing movie in North America.
The Odyssey will eventually surpass the domestic haul of The Avengers as the all-time #15 highest-grossing film in North America. It will be the last film that Nolan’s epic will beat in the all-time highest-grossers list. The mythological epic will thus not beat Jurassic World’s $653.4 million domestic total in its original run.
