Pati Patni Aur Woh Box Office Day 10: Does Quite Well In The 2nd Weekend

These are wonderful times indeed for Bollywood with majority of deserving films actually doing quite well amongst the audiences. Pati Patni aur Woh is one such affair which is finding audiences for 10 days in a row now and that too when earlier there was competition from Panipat and now Jumanji and Mardaani 2 are doing quite well too.

This is something that was apparent in the second weekend as well when Sunday turned out to be quite good at 5.52 crores. The film grew further from its Saturday collections of 4.88 crores and that too when there was an India-West Indies ODI at play.

The Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Pandey starrer has collected 69.42 crores so far and would now come close to the 80 crores mark by the time the second week is through. In fact even though its run would be impacted by the release of Dabangg 3 and Good Newwz in the coming weeks, the flipside is that it would only help enhanced eyeballs in the satellite and digital circuits as there is a residual count of audiences who are yet to check it out. In all, a win win situation in the making for the Mudassar Aziz directed family entertainer.
