On the second day, September 5, Saturday, Mirzapur: The Movie earned a total of 34 – 35 crore* at the box office as per the early trends. This is a good growth from the opening day’s 28.11 crore. The film registered an exceptional average occupancy of 52.7% over  11,256 shows in India, taking the two-day total in the range of 62 – 63 crore*.

The film has officially surpassed Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic action-thriller Don as the 10th highest-grossing film by Excel Entertainment. Shah Rukh Khan‘s action thriller earned a total net collection of 50 crore in its lifetime in India.
