Drishyam 3 Box Office: Becomes The Most-Watched Film In Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam Franchise!

Drishyam 3, starring Ajay Devgn in the lead role, has ended its third week at the Indian box office. While a lot was expected, given the initial highly positive reviews, it still did a decent job, scoring close to 29 crore net. How much did Drishyam 3 earn at the Indian box office in 21 days?

The Bollywood crime thriller scored 2.1 crore on its third Thursday, day 21, pushing the week 3 total to 28.75 crore. Compared to week 2’s 90 crore, it showed a 68.05% drop, which is much higher than expected. Overall, the film has earned 362.25 crore net at the Indian box office, which equals 427.48 crore gross.

• Week 1 – 243.5 crore
• Week 2 – 90 crore
• Week 3 – 28.75 crore

Becomes the most-watched film in the franchise

By the end of day 21, Drishyam 3 has recorded an estimated 1.56 crore footfalls at the Indian box office. In other words, it has sold 1.56 crore tickets in three weeks. With this, it has become the most-watched film of the Hindi Drishyam franchise. It surpassed its predecessor, Drishyam 2, which recorded 1.5 crore footfalls with a net collection of 241 crore.

Although the difference in collections between Drishyam 2 and Drishyam 3 is over 120 crore, the gap in footfalls isn’t very significant. This is because Drishyam 3 had a much higher average ticket price than its predecessor, and inflation since 2022 has also played a role.
