Disha Patani is riding high on the success of Bharat as the movie did the business of more than 200 cr. Disha is also known as one of the fittest celebrities of B-Town. Time and again we have seen her putting videos of her workout routine and martial arts on social media. And we have often seen fans going gaga over her fitness regime!
Disha usually trains in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) with her trainer and most of the times, we have seen her doing her own stunts in the movies. Be it Neha Salgaonkar of Baaghi 2 or Radha of Bharat, she has nailed perfection every single time.
However, the latest reports suggest that the actress got hurt on the sets of Bharat and lost her memory for a good six months. She spoke to Mid-Day and said, “I lost six months of my life because I couldn’t remember anything. When I am not shooting, I alternate between practising gymnastics and MMA in the week. MMA is relatively easier. But for gymnastics, you have to be both, consistent and brave. It has taken me a while to reach where I am. You have to do it every day. Only when you break your bones and knees do you reach somewhere.” She mentioned that breaking bones is a part of a process but her approach never changed.
On the work front, Disha is currently shooting for Mohit Suri’s Malang in Goa and Mauritius opposite Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor and Kunal Kemmu. The movie is all set to release on 2020 Valentine’s Day.
