Maharani is ready with the new season, and the show starring Huma Qureshi has dropped the trailer for the new season. The political series is based on the politics of Bihar from the 90s. From violence to ambitions, betrayals to blame games, the show had it all.

Initially, season 1 was spun around the infamous Chara Ghotala. In fact, Huma’s character was said to be loosely based on Rabri Devi, former Chief Minister of Bihar.

After two successful seasons, the show is back with the third season, and this season, the story makes waves with the slogan – “Pareeksha ki tayyari hai jaari, Phir aa rahi hai #Maharani!

Maharani Season 3 Starcast

Maharani’s third season stars Huma Qureshi as Rani Bharti, who is ready for another deadly and dangerous political game this season. The series also stars Amit Sial, Vineet Kumar, Pramod Pathak, Kani Kusruti, Anuja Sathe, Sushil Pandey, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, and Sohum Shah in pivotal roles.

When To Watch Maharani Season 3

Maharani season 3 will start streaming from March 7. Maharani 3 was produced by Naren Kumar and Dimple Kharbanda, created by Subhash Kapoor, and directed by Saurabh Bhave. The gripping storyline, penned by Subhash Kapoor and Nandan Singh.

The series will be streaming on Sony Liv. The first two seasons of the show are already streaming on the platform. The promo of season 3 is already portraying Huma as a woman hungry to battle and win.

The first season of Maharani saw Huma Qureshi play a woman from rural India, the wife of the Chief Minister of the state, who is dragged forcibly to take his position when he struggles for his life after a deadly attack. Not realizing the brutal path of politics, Rani Bharti tries to learn, and she succeeds. She now can play and rule according to her wits. She uses her wisdom to build a state with a clean image.
