Allu Arjun fans are eagerly waiting for the big announcement and teaser of his upcoming action thriller, Pushpa 2: The Rule. It’s a sequel to his 2021 Telugu blockbuster, Pushpa: The Rise. Amidst all this, big news has grabbed headlines – Allu’s collaboration with director Atlee. Yes, you read it right! The mass action director will soon collaborate with the mass action actor!

All About Allu Arjun & Atlee’s New Project

As reported by OTT Play, the duo is definitely going to work together for a movie soon. Atlee is working on the script in Chennai. The official announcement of this collaboration will happen on April 8, 2024. On April 8, Allu Arjun celebrates his 42nd birthday. The Pushpa 2 actor has made sure that he treats his fans with the best gifts on his birthday this year.

The report also mentions that Atlee’s film with Arjun will be produced by the actor’s father, Allu Aravind, under the banner, Geetha Arts. Initially, there were reports that the Jawan director wanted a share in the film’s profits. However, as per the new deal, Allu Aravind will pay Atlee a fat cheque, but won’t give him a share in the film’s profits. Currently, the director-producer is negotiating about the fees.

His next with Allu Arjun will also be a stylized action drama with a monstrous budget of at least Rs 350 crore. Further, the makers are currently looking for a suitable leading lady to star alongside the actor. Latest reports mention that Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Trisha are being considered to play the female lead. It would be interesting to see who bags the role.
