Sandalwood heartthrob Rakshit Shetty’s upcoming release Avane Srimannarayana or Adventures Of Srimannarayana which happens to be one of the biggest releases this year in the Kannada film industry has generated good buzz following its trailer. The film which will be getting a PAN India release in multiple languages have now got different release dates.
In an interview with The Times Of India, the film’s producer Pushkara Mallikaarjuniah stated that he opted to apply this unique marketing strategy of releasing the film on different dates only after observing how the market works. With word of mouth, he’s hopeful the film will generate much-needed buzz post its releases among cine-goers. He strongly believes that it will be beneficial for the dubbed versions of the film in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam languages.
The producer also mentioned in the interview that while the original version of the film i.e the Kannada version will be releasing on 27th December, its dubbed versions in different languages will only be releasing next year.
The film has different names in different languages. In Telugu, the film will release as Athade Srimannarayana, in Tamil it will release with original title Avane Srimannarayana, the film has been titled Avan Sriramnnarayana in Malayalam and as Adventures Of Srimamnarayana in Hindi.
Pushkara stated that the Telugu version will be releasing on New Year i.e 1st January. The Malayalam and Tamil versions will be hitting big screens on 3rd January. Whereas the Hindi version will only be releasing on 16th January.
Talking about the film, the Rakshit starrer also has Shanvi Srivastava, Achuth Kumar, Balaji Manohar, Pramod Shetty among others in pivotal roles.
The film is been helmed by Sachin and co-produced by H.K Prakash.
