Dulquer Salmaan’s I’m Game has completed 3 days at the box office. It was marked as his homecoming film, and there was much anticipation around it. However, the film received mixed reviews, and it reflected on its box office numbers. After a decent opening, the film saw two consecutive dips in collections. Dulquer’s star power has also failed to help the film witness a boost over the weekend.

How Much Did I’m Game Earn At The Box Office In 3 Days?

Dulquer Salmaan’s Star Power Fails?

After the debacle that was King Of Kotha in 2023, Dulquer Salmaan’s homecoming film, I’m Game, was expected to restore the actor’s box-office glory. However, the film seems not to have impressed the audience, and the collections remain subpar. Earlier, I’m Game was scheduled to be released during the Onam week and clash with Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Khalifa. However, the makers decided to postpone and opt for a solo release. Despite the solo release, opening-day collections fell short of expectations. Further, the film has only seen a dip in its opening weekend. The film is expected to wrap its opening weekend under 20 crore. On the other hand, Nivin Pauly’s Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is collecting more than I’m Game in its third weekend.

More About I’m Game

Nahas Hidhayath has directed the film. The director is known for the film RDX, which surprised everyone at the box office with its stylized filmmaking and gripping narrative. The film earned a worldwide gross of 84 crore, proving to be a massive hit. Dulquer Salmaan has been very convincing in headlining stylized mass actioners, and it will be interesting to see how the film performs. I’m Game also marks Dulquer’s 40th film and pairs him with Kayadu Lohar for the first time.
