Chhichhore Box Office: Joins Kabir Singh, Saaho & Others By Witnessing One Of The Best Mondays Of 2019

Nitesh Tiwari’s latest outing Chhichhore is turning out to be huge surprise at the box office. After grabbing healthy numbers over its first weekend, the only need for this Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor starrer was to stay decent on its first Monday but the actual figures are truly unbelievable.

On day 4 i.e. first Monday, Chhichhore made 8.10 crores which are more than its opening day of 7.32 crores. The grand total stands at 44.08 crores in just days. With such sort of total on the first weekday, the movie has achieved a feat of collecting more than its opening day and also clocked one of the best Mondays of 2019.

Kabir Singh

This Shahid Kapoor starrer is ruling at the top like a boss! Kabir Singh opened with 20.21 crores and maintained its monumental run on first Monday by collecting 17.54 crores.

Saaho (Hindi)

After taking a start of 24.40 crores, Saaho enjoyed an advantage of Ganesh Chaturthi holiday on Monday and added another 14.20 crores.

Uri: The Surgical Strike

Uri: The Surgical Strike is one of those rare Bollywood movies to achieve a feat of earning more than its opening day. Uri earned 8.20 crores on day 1 and added another 10.51 crores on first Monday.

Total Dhamaal

Despite facing severe negativity from critics, Ajay Devgn and team managed to find their audience. It enjoyed healthy footfalls by minting 9.85 crores on first Monday after taking a start of 16.50 crores.

Bharat

Salman Khan’s Eidi turned out to be a pretty ordinary for fans despite opening with the record figures of 42.30 crores. It collected another 9.20 crores on the first Monday after all the euphoria settled down.

Mission Mangal

Akshay Kumar and team enjoyed a rollicking ride at the box office with Mission Mangal. It fetched an opening of 29.16 crores on an occasion of Independence Day. It earned 8.91 crores on first Monday.

Gully Boy

Ranveer Singh-Alia Bhatt’s musical drama took a splendid start of 19.40 crores on Valentine’s day and maintained a stable hold on Monday by earning 8.65 crores

Kesari

Another festive release, Akshay Kumar’s Kesari opened on a decent note by collecting 21.06 crores and added 8.25 crores on Monday.

Chhichhore

Chhichhore is a comparatively very small movie from the above mentioned biggies but still had a good opening of 7.32 crores and raked in miracle on Monday by collecting another 8.10 crores.
