The film was released in theatres on August 21 as part of the Onam releases. Right from day 1, it opened on a strong note, registering 4.9 crore net in India. However, the film picked up significantly over the weekend, with collections growing sharply on days 2 and 3. The rom-com earned 7.15 crore and 8.8 crore in India on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. This brings the net total to 20.85 crore, which equals 24.6 crore. Overseas, the film has grossed 36.7 crore in 3 days, bringing the worldwide total to 61.4 crore. This is a massive collection for a mid-budget Malayalam film. The film is expected to cross 100 crore worldwide in its first week, making it among the fastest Malayalam films to enter the club.
