In Kerala alone, the film grossed over 7 crore, setting the highest first-Wednesday gross for a Malayalam film. According to trade analyst AB George, the film has also registered the highest single-day collection for a Malayalam film on Thiruvonam. This was achieved during a holiday in the state, on the release day of Yash’s Toxic. The net total of the film stands at 43.55 crore, which equals 51.39 crore gross.

Bethlehem Kudumba Unit was reportedly made on a budget of 30 crore and has earned a net of 43.55 crore so far. So, in just 6 days, it has recorded a return on investment (ROI) of 13.55 crore. In less than a week, the film’s ROI is 45%. According to Koimoi’s parameters, it has secured a positive verdict at the Indian box office.

To become a hit, the film must achieve 100% returns, which will be achieved at a net of 60 crore. The film will likely secure a hit verdict in its second week at the box office.
