Toxic put on a sheer display of Yash’s superstardom at the Indian box office on opening day. Post-KGF Chapter 2, the superstar has become one of the biggest crowd pullers in present times, and yesterday’s earth-shattering start of 100 crore+ net just proved that. Today, on day 2, the magnum opus is heading for a major drop, with advances dipping. Still, a good 50 crore net looks within reach on a regular working day. Keep reading for a detailed advance booking and prediction report!

The distributors of the period gangster action thriller have secured an impressive showcasing across the country, with a show count well above 22,000. Along with such a show count, the blockbuster ticket pricing strategy is helping it post big numbers on the board. On opening day, despite not having complete favorability, the film managed to achieve historic earnings, and even today, its showcasing and pricing will help it.

Toxic sees good advance bookings for day 2

Coming to the advance booking update of day 2, Toxic has grossed a good 26.05 crore at the Indian box office. Yes, it’s a major drop from day 1’s 58.27 crore, but considering it’s a regular working day, the numbers are still good. Out of 26.05 crore, the Hindi version is leading the pack with 15.34 crore. It is followed by the Kannada version, adding 6.25 crore. The Telugu version contributed 2.86 crore, while the Tamil version has grossed 1.42 crore. Malayalam contributed 18 lakh.

Day 2 prediction: 50 crore on the cards!

With advance bookings worth 25 crore+ and an expected good audience turnout through spot bookings, Toxic targets 5254 crore net at the Indian box office on day 2. Breaking down this number, the Hindi version is expected to be at the top with 25-26 crore. In Kannada, the film is expected to score 13 crore, followed by 10 crore in Telugu. The Tamil version is expected to score 3.5 crore, followed by the Malayalam version’s 75 lakh.

With 52-54 crore net, the Yash starrer will register the highest second-day collections of 2026 at the Indian box office after Dhurandhar 2‘s 81 crore net.
