Emraan Hashmi starrer Awarapan 2 is now gearing up for massive competition at the box office. Today will be the last big opportunity for the action thriller to mint moolah, and luckily, it’s a discounted Tuesday. In 11 days, it has surpassed the domestic lifetime of Aamir Khan’s Thugs Of Hindostan. Scroll below for the latest updates.

50% drop on the second Monday!

According to estimates, Awarapan 2 collected 3.1 crore on day 11. It witnessed a 50% drop compared to 6.21 crore garnered last Friday. While Batwara 1947 has crashed, there’s a newfound competition from Hanuman Ansh, which has picked up in its third week. It will also suffer a reduction in screen count due to the arrival of Yash’s Toxic tomorrow.

The total box office collection in India surges to 145.37 crore net after 11 days. Today, the discounted Tuesday should help the Disha Patani co-starrer cross the 150 crore milestone. It is made on a reported budget of 45 crore, and has already gained 223% profits. A super-duper hit!

It is now the 83rd highest-grossing Hindi film of all time. Today, it will likely beat Hrithik Roshan’s Super 30 (146.1 crore), Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar (147 crore), Dream Girl (147.52 crore), Diwale (148 crore), Saaho (149 crore), Dabangg 3 (150 crore) and OMG 2 (150 crore).
