Mirzapur The Movie, starring Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyendu Sharma, Jitendra Kumar, and others, has finally arrived in theaters. This is the first time a popular Indian web series has been adapted for the screen. The film registered massive advance sales in India and is headed for a blockbuster status. The film has a massive fan base in the country and is a continuation of the series.
The latest film has made a strong start at the Indian box office. The movie brings back the OG cast from the series, along with some new faces. The film will see Ravi Kishan in an interesting role. Jitendra Kumar of Panchayat fame has also joined the film, replacing Vikrant Massey from the series.

Sharing a detailed review of the first half, a user wrote, “The first half is decent with at least three elevated moments. The background music is great, and the handling of the movie is pretty good so far. However, there’s a lot of over-explaining, which feels like a stretched web series on a big screen. This doesn’t detract from the first half though; it remains interesting thanks to the characters and some popular dialogue. Fans of web series will find it above average but if you’re neutral or unaware of the world it feels a bit stretched with just two or three genuinely high moments. The first song is unnecessary but the Vindhyavasini Mata song was good.”
